One Switch Pro Works One Doesn't

I'm running Stadia on my Chromebook and an having a weird experience with my Switch Pro Controllers. I have two off-brand Switch Pro Controllers made by the same manufacturer and with the same model number. They both with with Stadia via USB. However, one works when connected by Bluetooth, but the other isn't detected by Stadia. Any ideas?
