Linking Stadia account with EA, Steam and Epic accounts

I already have a lot of games on Steam, Origin and Epic and I want to try Stadia because I don't have a strong PC. I would like to link my accounts to access these games I already own but I can't find a way to do it. I read that if you start a game that you have on Stadia and on the publisher platform you can link your accounts, but I don't want to pay for games that I already own. And I cannot find games that are free to use for this or it won't ask me to link accounts. This is especially difficult with EA since they don't have free games expect Apex that is not available on Stadia.
