UI Scaling for All Games

Hello!

I'm a founding Stadia user and I've been really excited with the new games coming to the platform.

I plan on a 4k tv that's a little small and a little far away - and I would love to have UI scale options built into the Stadia settings. It seems to me that this is a pretty standard accessibility feature on most PC games, and especially for games with quicktime events (Jedi fallen order) it's sometimes quite hard to see what I'm supposed to do.

Please add UI scale as a setting to all Stadia games!
