      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, it turns out the replacement had the same issue.&amp;nbsp; However, I am convinced that the replacement was a used controller, possibly one returned for this same issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried multiple headphones and they all have crackling audio when plugged into controller.&amp;nbsp; I have an "excellent connection" and audio sounds fine from tv.&amp;nbsp; has anyone else experienced this behavior?&amp;nbsp; Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
