Have you ever used the support? Completely unhelpful bot

I gave it a one star review and will keep giving the lowest I can I got scammed I have the receipt, screenshot and the game in my library. They tell you have to wait 2 weeks for no response after that and you can't get a refund cause 2 weeks passed away nice move.

Yes I got an email promoting the offer I followed the instructions too it's just a deceptive maneuver for what I can see.

They haven't even sent me a text just ignored me there's 2 days left if they don't do anything there may be a class act lawsuit cause they can't be selling something they supposedly don't have they are manipulating the consumer to buy a game for a free prize they never gift.

Lots of times they just lead me back to the offer again and again their support system sucks too there's no good on stadia thank god there's Luna now.

Bought Assassin's creed as a 29.99 promo to get stadia premiere edition on November 21 I haven't got anything and the promo is about to end and I can't get a refund either.
