Hello again! I am very happy to inform you that I have resolved the issue.

Apparently, setting my monitor rate to 61hz using the Nvidia control panel fixed it for me.

It stutters when using 60hz (thus requiring to enter and exit the menu very quickly), and setting it to 59hz only causes a temporary stutter (no longer requiring to enter and exit the menu), but when using 61hz, there is absolutely no stutter.

Thank you very much for your help on this matter. Issue resolved!

The game is Doom Eternal, and yes, it happens on Destiny 2 and Hitman as well.

Thank you so much for your reply!

Yes, I am quite familiar with the Stadia Enhanced extension. I have attached pictures showcasing the monitor information before and during the stuttering. Nothing seems to be out of place, the decoding time always sits at around 5-7ms when playing.

Also, I have tried the "workaround" I mentioned before once again (entering and exiting the game's pause menu very quickly) and it does fix the issue temporarily, but I would still like to know if there is something I can do about it.

My graphics card is a Geforce GT 530 (very old) and my computer is an Acer Aspire X3990

Not stutteringStuttering

Hello! I am facing an extremely weird issue while playing on Stadia. Unlike some other users who face mouse stuttering issues, my mouse stuttering occurs after around 4/5 minutes of playing. I have tried:

- Resetting the router;

- Disabling "enhance pointer precision";

- Turning off hardware acceleration in the browser;

- Using software VP9 or hardware H264 (my computer does not support hardware VP9);

- Using the Edge/Chrome/Chrome Dev/Chrome Canary/Brave browsers;

- Using the browsers in both normal (no extensions) and incognito mode;

- Trying a different mouse (I tried two other mouses; both had the same polling rate as mine, namely 125hz);

- Messing around with the polling rate using a third-party program (hidusbf), though I was unable to increase it over 125hz, only lower it to either 62hz or 31hz;

- Using a registry "mod" that disables mouse acceleration (called The MarkC Windows 10 + 8.1 + 8 + 7 Mouse Acceleration Fix).

I was unable to enable the "pointer-lock" option in the chrome://flags as many have suggested, as I could not find it, no matter what browser I used. I was also unable to disable/enable QoS in the router since mine does not have that option.

Could this be a hardware limitation? I have no problem watching videos at 1440p 60fps or 4k 30fps, and I'm not even playing at those resolutions (I'm playing at 1080p 60fps). I have even tried playing at 720p, but the mouse stutter would still show up.

This morning, I noticed that, if I open and close the game's menu (in this case, Doom Eternal's) very quickly, the mouse stuttering disappears, but later comes back. I would also like to point out that there is absolutely 0 stuttering inside any game's menu, only while in-game and looking around. The framerate itself doesn't drop, it's only the mouse that stutters.

Any help would be appreciated!
