      <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay, I'm not crazy.&amp;nbsp; I have a consistent connection with mobile where it doesn't micro-stutter to an extreme.&amp;nbsp; In WiFi, though, the stuttering is crazy, even at 720p setting.&amp;nbsp; I hope there is a solution to this or answer on how to resolve this because this is the only service I have connectivity issues with.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
