I’m so frustrated! I did all the same things you’ve done and NADA, zilch, zip. I can play on my computer just fine, but not on my TV through chromecast because my stupid phone can’t find it. I talked to customer service last night and he asked, “well do you have an android device you could use?” Like I’m gonna go buy a Google phone. A**hole!!
