      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the refund back in my new account at the end after contacting their customer support service through chat (2 hours wait). Their phone service it's really bad quality, with the operator just repeating how the phone call it's important for google while at the same time saying nothing that can help my case. Not their fault (I guess they are just following a script displayed in their screens).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So issue was solved, and kudos to google for giving the refund!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You're right! I believe they are trying to lower their losses while at the same time apear as the good guys in the press! I feel that I been scammed!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S. I contacted google and I got the refund to my new account! Had to wait a couple of hours for a chat session but at the end worked out!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This it's a lie! No way of changing the new payment method! My refunds are marked as issued even though the card belongs to an account that doesn't exist. I received the link to update the card, I did it and there is no answer from google saying that the refund will be made on the new card!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was afraid that I wasn't getting the refund due to the bank account not existing anymore but I did get it at the end.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
