      <description>&lt;P&gt;Though I cancelled my subscription within the one month free trial period last year,&amp;nbsp; I still got charged for two additional months.&amp;nbsp; Stadia support wasn't too helpful in resolving the issue. Somehow, the help request got routed to Google Pay and they would politely ask me to go contact Stadia.&amp;nbsp; After two rounds, I gave up. T&lt;SPAN&gt;he charges have now stopped, but this is not what I expected when I was offered a "free" trial. Google usually has better service than this. Maybe it's because this was a new business.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've cancelled well before my trial subscription period ended.&amp;nbsp; I still get charged $9.99 a month on my credit card.&amp;nbsp; Stadia Support chat agents always state they've escalated, and I get a response from Google Pay folks with an apology and asking me to work with Stadia Customer support. This has happened twice. I simply cannot believe this is Google. Even Google One (one stop support for all Google products if you pay for the service) said that they can't help.&amp;nbsp; My last resort is to file a complaint with the state consumer org.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
