Have had controller > 24 hours and no invite code...

Not to be a broken record but it's strange that a physical delivery can out pace a digital one... My controller, etc. arrived yesterday morning and I still have yet to get an invite code. I keep hearing that codes will be sent out based on the order in which people placed their orders. Is there some list or something that would give us an idea when we should expect codes to arrive? I placed my order on June 14.
