DS4 Controller Issues

My DS4 works in all games except Hitman and Journey to the Savage Planet. (It also works in other pro games, thought that was the issue. Nope.). I am attaching a few screenshots to show what I think is the problem. As shown, the game recognizes my controller. If I go to hit "X", it just stays like that. The middle button pulls up the Stadia menu fine, and the controller works in all my other games. Also, the controller works in these specific games on the Android app. I believe somehow that my one controller is acting as two, since when linked two are shown. Does anyone have any tips to fix this issue? I cleared the Google cache, tried Edge, reset the controller, nothing seems to work. If it helps, I am trying to wire the controller with a micro-usb, and an Xbox One controller does the same thing (wired, not a Bluetooth model). However, Bluetooth also does the same thing with the DS4 controller.
