It is working again for me too! I saw an official post in a similar thread on reddit saying it was an issue they were looking into. Seems they fixed it.

Thanks for checking. No need to send a picture. At least now I know it isn't service wide and investing in a VPN could help.

Hi @ShadowKnight, I have seen posts indicating this. I have been retrying many times at different times of the day for 5 days now. Have you had a 4k stream in the last 5 days?

I have been playing and loving Cyberpunk for a hundreds of hours on Stadia in beautiful 4k up until this weekend. For the last 5 days it only says "Reopen game" to get 4k, but I've tried countless times and I'm stuck with an "Excellent" connection in 1920x1080. It looks terrible. I've tried other games and they all load in 4k. It is only Cyberpunk that is having this issue.

I've seen other people suggest using a VPN to get around this problem, but I don't have nor really want a VPN. Before I try this drastic step, I'm wondering if anyone was successful in loading Cyberpunk in 4k this week?

For what it's worth, this problem persists for me on Chromecast Ultra, and in Chrome on Windows 10, MacOS, and ChromeOS (all 3 devices previously did 4k with no issue). I have a 500/500 Mbps fiber connection that continues to report excellent connectivity.

Update: After a week of this issue it went away suddenly. I've only had 4k streams the last 3 days. Glad it seems resolved!
