I followed the link above but didn’t receive confirmation. So I’m posting here as well. I spoke with someone in customer service at Google on Monday, Nov. 24. They said they would get back to me in 48 hours. I didn’t get a call back and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve also worked with the carrier to figure where my order is.
