Re: Terrible tradeoff HDR or 5.1 Surround with Stadia Pro

thanks.....I've tried many things by now and all don't work. Very frustrating. When I use the same HDMI port on the receiver I now have my PS4Pro on where HDR works......still with stadia no HDR pass through to the TV. Hopefully there will be an update that fixes this in the future. My TV and receiver are not that old so crazy that it doesn't work out of the box.

I have an LG OLED55C6V and an Onkyo TX-NR676e receiver. When I put the CC4k in the tv I only get HDR but no surround sound through optical link to the receiver (other throughput options do work). If I put CC4k in the receiver I get surround sound but no HDR throughput to the TV (other throughput options like ps4pro do work). Tried several things and both options should work but no such luck.

Anyone have an idea how to get things to work in this setup?

Same here. Cc ultra wired and when i insert headphone in wireless connected controller the sound continuesly breaks up. When i take out the headphone the connecting with the controller is even lost for a while.

Terrible that apparently these experiences are being mentioned for more than a year but no solution is offered or known.
