      <title>Family sharing doesnt accept my credit card.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I already contacted the stadia support chat but could not solve this problem for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to use my credit card, which is already saved in my google profile, for the family sharing option with stadia.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to set up my credit card I get the following error (in german, but i try to translate):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Identification failed&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;This transaction is not possible, because there is no mobile number or internet-pin registered with your card, or your card information is not up to date.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;My credit card is still valid, I use it every month for my Youtube Premium subscription and Stadia Pro as well. So I dont think that there is a problem with it (Its a Mastercard from Deutsche Bank)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are the things I already tried after chatting with stadia support:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- I deleted my credit card from my google account, added it again and tried out if it works - didnt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- support chat told my to try out paypal. I did not have the possibility to use my paypal account to pay for familysharing. even when i deleted my creditcard and was left only with my paypal account as payment option in my general google account it did not show up as an opportunity for payment in google stadia.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- I tried different devices (windows pc, android phone and chromebook)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At last, the support chat told my to try out a different credit card. I could not try this, because i have only this one card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe the Community can help me now &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.stadia.com/html/@253C83D5D8C0391FF272189945B45B45/emoticons/1f642.png" alt=":slightly_smiling_face:" title=":slightly_smiling_face:" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance for every help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
