Over the past month or two a ton of my games have stopped working. This happens on both my Mac, and on iPad (in the browser and web app). When I try and open a game, the splash screen refuses to load and makes it not work. Originally this issue was only on the web app, so I could open the game in the browser and then go back to the app and open it through the recently played screen. However now the games don’t work however I try and play it. I don’t think it’s anything with my internet because the exact same selection of games don’t work on different internets at home and school.

I have already contacted support but they were not helpful. I have done everything I can think of to make it work but they won’t load no matter what. I was thinking that maybe there was a problem with my Stadia Pro membership, but other games from Stadia Pro still work so idk. Anybody have any suggestions on what I should do to make it work? Thanks?

I am playing through the stadia app. I will try that but I don’t think that is the problem however because I also had problems connecting to my chrome cast.

Service Connection Error

Recently I have started getting a service connection error when I try and link my Stadia Controller to my iPad. It says it can connect to internet but cannot reach google services. I can still play stadia with touch controls, just not with my controller. It had worked perfectly in the past, but for the last 2 days now, it won’t connect. I looked up how to fix it, and people said factory resetting the controller (turning on while holding Y), plugging it into a power source for 5 seconds, and rebooting your internet modem. I have tried all of these things many times and nothing works.

How do I fix this or what should I try next? Thanks for the help!
