Stadia Cyber punk 2077 keyboard input lag - possible fix

I've had horrendous keyboard lag since launch of cyberpunk 2077 W+A OR W+D was severely delayed by like 2 seconds, making it hard to fight or even move around. I've tried a number of things to fix it. I think I have finally figured out the right combination of things.

I removed adblocker from chrome, I installed the stadia enhancement and set the codec to h265.. I was still seeing a lot of input lag. so I thought i'd remove a trial of sophos home av from my machine as this does web scans using malware bytes. . Low and behold the input has gone back to perfect. game is now playable again for me.

if anyone has these issues possibly worth looking at your AV
