      <description>&lt;P&gt;The bank said they send back. So there is an error from Google Stadia. I think they close my case with Refund status and they didn’t update the status to the correct one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called again the bank and they said if the account is closed, the refund was declined and should be go back to the issuer…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so what should I do? I received the email for the refund the 19th of November.
