On-Screen Keyboard

I was playing ESO, in browser, with keyboard + mouse, and when I went to type half my screen became a virtual keyboard. I think I pressed some combination of keys to enable this, or maybe it was there when I started the game and I just didn't notice it until I opened the chat box to type. The on-screen keyboard is not functional (as I don't have a gamepad connected). It's gone when I stop typing normally. Also at one point, again I don't know how, it moved to the bottom half of my screen instead of the top.

And yes it's definitely Stadia. It's that layout and style and it's within the stream (saved in screenshots).

It's really jarring. How can I get rid of this?

EDIT: It's also happening in Humankind's textfields, where it didn't before. So yeah, it's Stadia. But I dunno if it's some weird random change or if I triggered it, I can find NO info on this.
