      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am currently waiting for the refund to be accepted by a customer service employee, I tried as well with the refund request in stadia and play store but it didn't work. By the way I didn't even played with other games so I can tell you that that's not the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think that the problem is that play store see cyberpunk as something different than the usual game so the refund policy automations are not suitable for it and maybe you need a customer service employee. Try to send a direct message on Facebook to stadia, I am currently waiting someone to reply my email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
