Thanks Chris. Yes, can confirm that this was tested across two different plug sockets and the issue persisted.

Thanks Ivan. Can confirm that the controller was plugged into a wall socket on both attempts. Got the controller only in December, so assume I can claim on the warranty then?

Controller Wont Charge

Hi,

I plug in my controller to charge, at 3% battery. I get the solid orange light indicating it is charging for about 15 seconds, and then the light goes out - and does not appear to continue charging.

I have tried both the charge cable included with the controller and the essentially identical one for my Google Pixel. Both times I have the same issue, indicating the issue is something with the controller itself.

Anyone else encountered this? And is there a remedy to it?

I've just purchased Cyberpunk 2077, qualifying for the Stadia Premiere Edition offer (the Stadia Controller and Chromecast Ultra). This said I would receive an email to claim the offer after I purchase.

Having now purchased the game, I've not received this email to claim. The only email I've had is confirmation of the game purchase.

Am I missing something? Or how do I get this?
