      <description>&lt;P&gt;Picked up Borderlands 3 cheap and can echo most of these issues. It feels like the game is running on slightly underpowered hardware. There are stutters and slowdowns and sometimes it'll just pause to think for a moment when I change guns. It's not the streaming that's struggling, though - that runs great - it's the game itself, or whatever system Google have it running on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Slow texture pop-in and long load times are not something that will be improved by anything I can do on my end, despite support's claims otherwise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
