Problem obtaining the Youtube premium/stadia Offer

Hi there,

I have been a long time Play music subscriber (early 2015) and I have transferred over to youtube music, and been using the youtube music app for the last few months, I thought that meant I had youtube premium. Indeed I did qualify before for the free nest mini that was for youtube premium subscribers.

When I went to the page to claim the offer I got the message "Sorry, looks like you're not eligible for this offer. Please make sure you’re logged in with an eligible YouTube Premium account." I'm based in the Uk so I believe I'm not disqualified for that reason. I then looked into it further and noticed that I had to click a button to upgrade from just youtube music to youtube premium. this sent me an email to confirm that I had upgraded and that the cost to upgrade was £0.00.

Have I missed out on this offer because I didn't notice this button I had to look for or is there anyone I can contact to discuss this and be approved for the offer?
