      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.stadia.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/6"&gt;@GraceFromGoogle&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not a good sign if you can't send out a few thousand emails in a matter of seconds. A company like Google should be able to do this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The biggest problem for me ( no code yet) is that I could not select my gamertag yet. That was a major reason for me to order stadia the moment it became available. I would have also expected that hardware is shipped out in the order of the pre-orders. But I don't have my hardware either. It is shipped but won't arrive before the 22nd. Which is odd in itself. You have to pick the slowest shipping speed for a package to take 4 days inside of Europe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to love this service but you are making it very hard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also please start thinking about how you can make this up to us. Maybe a longer free pro membership? How about a year?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
