      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another Stadia crash, this time fighting Malicos.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It really does choose the absolute most inconvenient times to crash.&amp;nbsp;&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.stadia.com/html/@BDF413A1F8D6DA08AD502A46A3AA4DBB/emoticons/1f62b.png" alt=":tired_face:" title=":tired_face:" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wonder if it's particular Stadia instances not being stable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On some occasions I've played for multiple hours without experiencing a crash, other times (like this) it's crashed within 20 minutes of starting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI This stream is 1080p, VP9, 5.1 audio. (through Chrome, not that it matters)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;:edit:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wow, just had it crash again, almost immediately after restarting. (in the 'fight' vision/memory against Tapal just before the Malicos fight)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;:edit:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FFS, it just crashed again in the Malicos fight.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It takes THREE (unskippable) cutscenes to get to this fight.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not limited to this encounter; I've had it crash in the same way when attempting to meditate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Though this also occurred on Kashyyyk (at the checkpoint just before entering the shadowlands).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My guess is it's something to do with the whole shadowlands/origin tree section of that level, as I've also seen some texture loading oddities, and also massive (server side) lag spikes when transitioning into these areas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;:Edit:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just had another crash, this time on Zeffo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This game really isn't very stable on Stadia; 3 crashes so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think it crashed once during my local (Game Pass) playthrough.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, found *a* solution, though not a very good one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It appears that disabling Chrome hardware acceleration (either the settings option, or the related flags), causes Stadia to deliver only a 720p stream.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stadia gives absolutely no warning of this fact/cause. This lack of warning needs fixing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's also sh*t that you have to install a 3rd party plugin to simply debug Stadia not behaving properly; these stream configuration &amp;amp; monitoring capabilities should all be integrated into the service!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, requiring hardware acceleration to be enabled isn't a very good solution when Chrome hardware acceleration doesn't play well with certain Twitch streams/codecs. (hence the reason it was disabled in the first place)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Google, fix your browser! A GTX 1070 with latest drivers &amp;amp; latest version of Win10 is not esoteric hardware!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chrome should not have compatibility issues with such a mainstream configuration!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(checked using Stadia+ Chrome extension)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm playing using Desktop Chrome (89.0.4389.114) on a&amp;nbsp;1920x1080 144Hz monitor via DP (HDCP compliant).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've tried forcing the resolution to 1080p; no change.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've tried forcing the codec to H264; no change (it remained VP9).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is JttSP limited to only 720p, or is there something wrong with my Chrome flags/settings?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Worked out what the cause was; it's a bug in the Stadia Chrome client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When it reports mouse values to the server, it isn't accounting for the Windows pointer speed setting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thus, if you have your Windows pointer speed setting very low, and your mouse software sensitivity setting high, the mouse will be uncontrollably sensitive when playing Stadia through Chrome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Native applications do not suffer from this issue, as they either correctly factor in both these sensitivity settings, or bypass system sensitivity settings entirely by polling the raw hardware values.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For me it isn't nausea, it's that I hate having no peripheral vision.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I find a narrow FoV massively hinders situational awareness &amp;amp; reduces immersion; it becomes a chore to play, rather than being immersive fun.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already raised the issue on the CDPR forums (or rather added my voice to similar calls from other players), however it is Google who've sold me the game [license]. As the retailer it is they who're my first port of call for resolving any issues I'm having with the product/service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately Stadia's customer support is non-existent at the moment; 4+ hour waits for live chat is quite frankly ridiculous.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Checking other games, I've found Hitman's mouse sensitivity makes it extremely hard to play too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At least the sensitivity settings do something in this game, but, even with the absolute lowest sensitivity (0.5), aiming down sights is made very difficult due to the mouse sensitive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a widespread issue with Stadia's mouse support that's gone unnoticed? or a particular incompatibility with my setup?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The latter seems unlikely, as I've never encountered problems with any game outside of Stadia, and I'm not running a particularly 'special' setup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The mouse sensitivity is completely bananas, and the Mouse Sensitivity menu option has ZERO effect. (it also causes the game to momentarily freeze each time it's adjusted)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I own Everspace on Steam, and that version works perfectly with almost identical settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only difference being the Steam version has the "Use System Mouse Position" option (which is checked). This option doesn't appear in the Stadia version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm running with Windows mouse acceleration ('Enhanced Pointer Precision') disabled, with a Logitech G403&amp;nbsp;@ 2880 DPI (1000 polls/s).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Google, you need to properly test your games with Mouse &amp;amp; Keyboard on Stadia.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;...and for the love of all that is holy, MANDATE THE INCLUSION OF FOV SETTINGS!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's as if you're hiring two-bit software houses to cobble together half-assed console ports for your platform =/&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For 1440p, have you tried the Stadia+ chrome extension?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Install it -&amp;gt; go to the stadia website -&amp;gt; shift+tab to bring up the right-hand stadia overlay -&amp;gt; Stadia+ button -&amp;gt; force resolution -&amp;gt; 1440p&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's obviously unofficial, and I'm not sure precisely how it achieves said resolution, but worth a try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm disheartened that CDPR's 'fix' for this major problem, is to correct their erroneous claim of there being an FoV slider in the Stadia version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;W.....T.....F!?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The age of lazy console ports suffering from&amp;nbsp;consolitis was over a decade ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is Google completely oblivious to PC gaming history?!? Are they aware of how damaging it'll be to their brand if Stadia comes across as hosting nothing but lazy console ports?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Google have already got an uphill struggle trying to convince customers that;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;the latency isn't terrible (it's 'ok')&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;the visual quality isn't complete crap (it sometimes can be).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;the subscription model isn't extortionate (jury is still out on that one).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;the loss of access rights if/when Stadia fails (the current trajectory isn't promising...)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;On top of all that Stadia really doesn't need their games to be objectively inferior versions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rats.       <description>&lt;P&gt;At the moment users with 1080p (or 1440p) displays gain no visual quality from a Stadia Pro subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a workaround to force delivery of a 4K stream to such users (which is then downscaled by Chrome to their native resolution).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However this is a terrible way to achieve increased visual quality due to the increased server load of rendering the source at 4K, and the inefficiency of downscaling a highly compressed 4K stream.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It'd make much more sense for Stadia to give Pro users a bitrate allotment for their stream; they'd then&amp;nbsp;be able to choose how to apportion said allotment, either on higher resolutions, higher bitrates, or neither (if their connection cannot sustain the increased bandwidth requirements).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the same boat; launched it up all excited, get in game, and bleurgh, what feels like ~70&lt;SPAN&gt;°.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Destiny 2 was the same; completely unplayable console FoV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;70&lt;SPAN&gt;° FoV is simply not acceptable for PC gaming; last gen, this gen, next gen, doesn't matter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When you're sat less than a metre from the screen you NEED a wider FoV because the image is occupying a larger proportion of your retina.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can handle the horrible (and widespread) compression artefacts, and the washed out colours.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can tolerate the occasional picture drop-out due to lost packets.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But please Google, don't ruin such an anticipated title for want of a frackin' FoV slider.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I thought I'd give the Humankind beta a try, as it's currently live on stadia.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Loading took longer than I'd like, but fine, it's a beta.....&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Main menu looked a bit blurrier than I expected, but whatever, menus don't matter....&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In-game.... *yuk* what a blurry mess!&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe it's the clean edged UI design typical of an Amplitude game being a worst-case scenario for Stadia, but ***bleep*** this looks super fugly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this typical of Stadia? or are there some hidden quality settings I'm unaware of? or is it a bug/limitation of Stadia Free / through Chrome?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, the framerate seemed rather unimpressive too; definitely felt well below 60fps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's what it looks like:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://i.ibb.co/9ssscw4/humankind.png" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://i.ibb.co/9ssscw4/humankind.png&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://i.ibb.co/9ssscw4/humankind.png" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
