I too pre ordered on June 6th and my order is saying I won't receive the controller until as late as December 2nd. This is pretty frustrating as I had hoped to share Stadia with my friends and family over Thanksgiving. Now I likely won't have time to enjoy the product until next year due to holiday vacations during which I won't have access to suitable internet.

Further, no code still.

I have just in the past hour received an email indicating my order has now been shipped and the estimated delivery date has moved up to November 22nd at the latest! Happy to get it before Thanksgiving . Big thanks to the support teams if this is in response to our complaints on the forums. Otherwise, best of luck with the rollout everyone. Software can be extremely difficult and scaling even more so. Google may be protecting our user experience by moving a bit slower than we all had hoped.
