So is there any way to know when I can use the product I received yesterday in the mail?

Still no code...I asked for a call from support online it said they would call in one minute....it's been 30 and nothing.

This is more than frustrating.

I don't understand the out of order bit. I have the product in front of me and can't use it. This is rediculous.
