      <description>&lt;P&gt;Alright y’all, after countless hours over the last six months I figured it out by systematically changing one setting at a time on my ISL modem and TP-Link Deco WiFi mesh units.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did the following two things and everything seemed to work:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I set my router's Primary and secondary DNS to Google's (Primary: 8.8.8.8, Secondary: 8.8.4.4).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turned on "Bridge" mode in my ISP modem/router. I guess having this off was creating multiple NATs on my network. Turning it on allowed my WiFi to function on a single NAT.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try this and let me know if it helps any of you. Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Stadia Controller Support Request&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s3"&gt;The Issue:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class="ul1"&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;My Stadia controller can connect to my Chromecast Ultra, but not my MacBook in the Chrome browser.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;The controller is connected to the same WiFi network as my MacBook, but when I try pairing it to my MacBook, it pulses two orange lights and fails.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class="p3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s3"&gt;My Setup Stats:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class="ul1"&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;MacBook Air&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;macOS Big Sur (build: )&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;3 Deco M5 WiFi mesh units producing a 2.4 &amp;amp; 5.0 network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class="p3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s3"&gt;What I’ve Tried:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class="ul1"&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;Paired my controller to my Chromecast (confirming it’s connected to the correct network).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;Successfully casted from my MacBook’s Chrome browser to my Chromecast (confirming it’s on the correct network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;Turned off Bluetooth on my MacBook to ensure no interference with the connection.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;Shut 2.4 network off and forced all devices to use 5.0.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;Shut 5.0 network off and forced all devices to use 2.4.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;Held Stadia button and Y until the controller’s pair light pulsed orange for WiFi connection and re-connected it to my WiFi.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;Power-cycled my router, MacBook and controller.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;Done the above about 5 feet from my router.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
