Yea - that is about right - my credit card expired 1 Oct and I got a mail with failed payment 2nd October - and a button to fix it.. I did - adding my new credit card and expected all good... -But apparently then the pre-order option was not available and hence my order got auto-canceled despite renewing my payment options .. So just a very bad-luck case it seems - especially given that I ordered back in may

Thanks for reply - but no unfortunately I was not looking for "free Premiere edition".

It was just a simple pre-order specifically for Far Cry 6 as I am already a happy Stadia-Founders member.

I expected some money to be taken from my account, and that the game would now be available in my library, - but nothing has happened - I even have a fine mail with ordernumber amount and such .. so now I am puzzled should I just purchase the game normally and ignore the issue; will I loose some perks and benefits doing so?

I pre-ordered Far-Cry 6 - now it is released but nothing has happened ...

I can of course purchase "normally" but this is not what I expected - have no clue what to do next..

Anyone experienced this ? any hint on how to get support.

Yes the controller is bad - quality and usability wise.

By far the best controller I have had (and I have had a few) is the Steam Controller with Gyro Aiming - that was on a whole other level of fun, quality and accuracy.

That is a shame - I really like Stadia it is easy convenient and actually works well....

BUT - I really hate the controller - having used a steam controller with Gyro for shooters the Stadia controller is a HUGE step backward not very accurate and much less fun to play with.
