Stadia slow when not pro

Hi, I tried Stadia Pro on my good internet connection, and everything was really smooth. Now that I don't have stadia Pro anymore when I play the games I bought they often freeze or go really slow. Stadia says it's a problem with my connection, but I always try the internet speed and it's more than enough. Is it possible that the reason is simply because I don't have Stadia Pro? It's getting really frustrating
