When can we expect Wan Fu in Samurai Shodown? The character was released on December 18th, 2019.

I haven't run into that problem but I do have a problem with paying for the season pass and not getting all the characters.

I purchased the season pass for Samurai Shodown but Kazuki Kazama is not available. He has already been released on all other platforms. Why is he not available on Stadia? Is this what we can expect for the money I spend on DLC going forward? Can I get my money back for the DLC since it's incomplete? @GraceFromGoogle
