Yes Im in the USA and I can use my Ubisoft+ on luna but I cant get it to link to Stadia, I have same gmail for both Ubisoft+ and stadia but different username I don't know if maybe causing the problem.

Im trying to link my Ubisoft+ to stadia and Im having difficulty linking the two, I keep getting

"No active subscription found with linked Ubisoft account

Your account linking was successful but we did not find an active Ubisoft+ subscription with the linked Ubisoft account. Learn more about why you may be seeing this message."

I can link it to luna no problem but Stadia is just give me hard time, please help.
