I had this issue too...so all I have to do is sideload an old version?

Chrome on linux not recognising gamepad

I have successfully connected my gamepad to my pc (I know this because it works fine on firefox) but once I use chrome its as if it isn't there. Because of this I cant play games with a gamepad, which in some cases, especially nba 2k, causes real frustration as the game is practically unplayable with keyboard,

I am currently on the stadia pro free trial. If I buy a game whose price has been significantly reduced by the pro sale now, will I own it after my subscription runs out?
