Stadia looks so pixelated and blurry on pc

The graphics looks fine on a laptop which is connected via Wi-Fi. Whereas my desktop pc is through physical connection to router. Yet, it looks so ugly as you can see in the photo below. The bottom photo is at 1080p and tbh it looks worse than 720p in general. I have tried everything to "fix" it. Nothing works. So do not reply if you are planning to say the following:

Remove chrome extensions

Restart Chrome or Uninstall

Check my connection speed

Try on different devices

Try incognito mode

Check for harmful software

Go to chrome://flags and disable pointer lock whatever or hardware accelerated decode

Most recent chrome version

delete all cache and cookies

As I said, there are no network problems. So I do not want to hear it.

Unless you have an actual solution I have not listed don't bother saying anything. If you can relate well, that sucks. If I sound like a dic, I am just so frustrated from trying to fix this. What is clear to me is that the problem is not on my end. have a nice day! ...

Stadia no longer wants to work properly "Unstable Connection"

I have 56.009 mbps used the stadia speedtest and yet both destiny 2 and PUBG continues to say unstable connection with visual skips as well as blurring and pixelation. It crashes within 20 seconds of opening the directory in D2. Why is this happening IDK. Seems rather fishy if you ask me. I already chatted with someone from the Stadia and did what they asked but nothing fixed my problem nor do I think it will ever be fixed. My ISP has no data caps so I truly can't think of anything that could be the problem other than Stadia. Stadia is my suspect atm. I supported stadia, talked about them and to have this happen to me a consumer who looks forward to improving Stadia is bizarre. I have submitted feedback like 5 times, really providing details to help them grow and what not. As long as this problem persists I have no intention of speaking about stadia or anything to do with stadia for that matter. Goodbye.

Fix the stuttering and frame-skipping when moving your mouse during a match in PUBG

I don't know why but every time I am shift running and move my cursor left or right or whatever it stops my sprinting so I have to click shift again. It is so **bleep** annoying even moving my mouse in general throughout the game is like if it were frame-skipping and its so difficult to play. Fix this!
