I am on a wired connection getting 800 Mbps down, and after pinging Google's DNS I am getting 26ms on average and 0% packet loss. Even switching to the lowest quality settings (720p) does nothing. I'm on a fresh install of Chrome so no extensions or adblockers installed, I've tried restarting my modem, I've tried changing which band I'm on. and nothing. Still getting the same connection error.
