Okay I found the solution thanks to a friendly person on reddit. You have to turn off accessibility settings, specifically the accessibility menu.

This is really bad, Especially because Google is supposed to be so accessibility friendly. They need to fix this ASAP!

If you get an answer for support let me know. I contacted them on Thursday and they suggested all the steps I already tried. They suggested I use WiFi controller support or another brand of phone until they get back to me, which aren't viable options for me.

I'll let you know if they find a solution for me, but it's looking like an app issue on pixels.
