On the RDNA2 architecture page, it mentions that RDNA2 has encode/decode for VP9, AV1 and HEVC - see towards the bottom of the RDNA2 Architecture website. Although that's not a guarantee that every card will have that, it seems to strongly suggest that they will

I'm not sure if this is a bug or simply not a feature, but when I wirelessly pair my Stadia controller with my phone (Pixel 4), I get no audio from a 3.5mm headset plugged into the Stadia controller.

The same headset, plugged into the controller, does work when the controller is paired with my Chromecast.

Are there any steps or fixes to get the headset to work normally via the controller?

I've since had the issue go away. I have a dual band router that puts out two networks, rather than automatically switching between the two. Everything, including the controllers, were on the 5GHz network. I factory reset my controller and connected it to the 2.4GHz network. I've not had any problems since.

I've reported via the Send Feedback tool, but it seems to have got worse in some cases. On some occasions the game stopped detecting the controller 2 or 3 times within the first few minutes of a game. As ever, I could still access the Stadia menu

I've had more chance to play today and can reproduce this 100% of the time.

The controller has been successfully linked with the Chromecast. However, each time I start up a game, within 30-90 seconds, the game reports that the controller is disconnected. However, I can still access the Stadia overlay with the controller. To fix it, I have to shut down and relink the controller reach time I start up a game

I've had a similar problem in Grid. It thinks the controller is disconnected and pauses the game, but the controller is still marked as linked in the Stadia menu, the Stadia button and menu works, and the light is solid white
