Shoot problem with The Division 2

Hi everyone,

I notice a problem with the game The Division 2. After a while I play (15/20 minutes) it seems that the shoot button (r2)

remains blocked and does not allow me to play correctly.

The problem is solved when I go out and back in the game, and then come back again. At first I thought it was the controller but the problem does not arise with other games such as Grid, Wolfstein, Ghost Recon and Destiny.

I have tried both on PC and on TV the result does not change. Anyone have my same problem or know how to solve it?

Thanks
