My network setup hasn't changed either and I usually don't run anything other than stadia for the sake of bandwidth. Connection has always been okay , and passed the speed test on stadia website. However, these few days the controller started to act up. Input lags are a few seconds, making most of games unplayable. At least on destiny 2 and tomb raider which I have been playing. I had to get a replacement and it solved the problem.
