Have you set the connection quality to best quality visuals under data usage and performance in the stadia app? Also you can only get 4K if you're a pro member. I'm not sure if you are or not. Also, have you tried updating your Chrome browser?

Yea.... I kind of jumped the gun when I made this post. Haha. My bad. There is no "official" HDR for Stadia on Chrome everyone.

Actually never mind on what GPU you're running, but if you could please tell me what energy mode you set in Nvidia Control Panel that'd be great. Thanks!

I'm not sure if this will work for anyone else, but I just got an update for my Chrome browser so I installed it and was like what the heck I'll try Stadia on Chrome. I'm now getting an excellent connection instead of I always used to get good connection and wouldn't you know it, I also am now officially running 4K HDR in Chrome! My display is a 43" 4K HDR Samsung Smart TV in case anyone's interested.

Edit: I jumped the gun when making this post. There is no "official" HDR for Stadia on Chrome yet.

It is a wide scale problem. Just look through Google and you'll see a substantial number of people having the very same issue. Especially in games like Destiny 2, Final Fantasy XV, and Farming Simulator 19.

There is a major quality control issue with these Stadia controllers. I've been through four controllers now and it's always the same issue. Either the L2 or R2 trigger gets super sensitive after a few days to a couple weeks and sends random responses like the trigger is still pulled down, even though it's not. It's not an RMA stock issue either. I've had one controller RMAed (it had the same issue and so did the new one,) and I've bought two and they all had the same exact issue. I've now owned every color of the controller also. I'm thinking a recall and a new revision of the controller is in order as I've seen countless reports of people having the same issue. I love the Stadia, they just really need to address these controller problems.
