Sounds crazy..but start a game in your app!!! The Game must pop up on tv and your controller is already set up and it works already !! Works for me ! I thought damnnn what a fuc...but when i started the game via app (of course via tv not possible without controller) i noticed that the controller was already installed ! Beside of this..try to Re-install chrome by press and hold !!!! the little little button on chrome till it stop to blink white.
