I like how they closed their 1st party studios to focus on getting more 3rd party games onto the platform, and then they don't get the new battlefield. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if their next Stadia Connect had Tetris as is its "Big Reveal". I remember in 2019 when they first launched, they said they were working on getting Stadia on regular Chromecast for 2020... never happened. It's 2021, nearly two years after the launch and they still don't have Google Assistant working. As a founder, this is getting annoying.

It seems like your isp is throttling your connection to Stadia. What I would do use a VPN, then test it on stadia. Of course, the inputs will be slow but if you notice an increase in streaming quality while with the VPN, then your isp is throttling Stadia or isp is having some back end issues. I went through the same thing where stadia was doing horrible and everything else was fine. Eventually, the issue got fixed, but if your heart is set on having a good experience with stadia i would change your isp.

I remember I went through something similar with my internet. Use a VPN to make sure that your isp isn't throttling stadia traffic. Also, if you use gaming headphones with the stadia controller on CCU, for some reason the stream decreases in quality by a big margin. I would use normal earbuds or headphones without 5.2 channels. Check to see if your ethernet cable works well with other electronics too. That's pretty much all the tips I can give you as troubleshooting on CCU has limited options. Let me know if any of that works.
