      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear this is happening to you too! I'm having the exact same problem. I contacted support and after jumping through a few hoops such as uploading a video to YouTube ( as requested) and sending a pic with a case number written on a piece of paper next to my controller, including the serial number of the controller, the order number from google store, and name address etc. they gave me a couple of options to replace it under warranty. I'm in Canada, not sure if that makes a difference &amp;amp; my controller is around 9 months old.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
