Ubisoft support replied, that 1.5.4 will be applied to Stadia at a later date. No ETA for yet.

Hi folks,

I am a big Stadia fan and founder from day 1. I played many games from a to z and love the Stadia experience. I love not dealing with downloads, updates and slow loading screens. One of Stadia's promises is you always have an up-to-date game. But at least Assassin's Creed Odyssey is currently at 1.5.2 instead of 1.5.4. That prevents us fellow Stadia players, who love to browse the awesome looking ancient Greek world, from using the latest gear and items in the game. I would be thrilled to see games updated so we are on par with the folks on other platforms.
