I have the exact dNe issue with my acer r13 chromebook. It checks the connection then asks to restart game and on an ingognito window it will play badly for a couple of minutes then crash out. I have been on stadia support a couple times now and they have been unable to help at all. I have emailed acer also and they have just ignored my questions. It's been seriously irritating as I have waited 5 months for this and can't use it as intended. Support told me there were no other people having the same issues as I was that they knew of. Will keep my eye on this in case someone finds a solution.
