      <title>Refund emails received but funds not in bank account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I’ve got emails on Nov 18th for each and every eligible refund. Everything shows as Refunded on my google account, the payment method (credit card) is still active, but I didn’t see any actual payment made on my card.&lt;BR /&gt;is it normal to take more than 10 days for funds to reach my bank account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
