      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are they processing these separately ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Despite expected issues as the purchase card is no longer valid, I have received a full refund for my software purchases.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, this did not include the refund for the purchase price of the controller. Same card and google account was used.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
