      <title>Refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an email saying my refund was processed but the form of payment used is no longer active and my financial institution still will not accept the refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question is what my next step should be? I've reached out multiple times and can't get ahold of anybody. Have not received any email in any folder detailing the nature of my refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice is appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
