I'm not sure if the email is closed entirely (my old work may have kept it alive) but I no longer have access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I agree the best thing to do is wait it out and see if the refund team is willing to work with me on it once the dust has settled from the mass refunds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate the reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in an especially stupid situation. I purchased my Stadia on a work e-mail account that is no longer active - and paid for it with a credit card that I closed (as I moved out of the country in-which it was issued when I left my job).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm avoiding pinging support because they said not to contact them for a bit - but I have checked with the bank (TD Canada) and they say no credit has been received on the closed account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else in the same boat or have suggestions of what to do/what will happen? I have the order number and original email, etc showing the purchase but cannot access the original account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's only $200 bucks but... I'd rather have that than not (obviously).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
